Community Workout Free

As always, your first work-out is FREE! Saturday workouts are a great way to introduce yourself to the community, gym, and atmosphere! You will workout with members, non members and everyone in between to truly absorb what CrossFit is!
Saturdays at 9am do count towards your membership.

Consider this the beginning of your CrossFit journey! This 3 week course takes you through 9 classes in a learning style environment. It is designed to help bridge the gap for a beginner preparing for our regularly scheduled classes and is required for anyone new to Grapevine CrossFit (exceptions do apply, just inquire to info@grapevinecrossfit.com)
*Rotations begin each Monday. Plan is 4 weeks total with 3 weeks of fundamentals and 1 week of regular classes, after which a recurring plan of 12 visits monthly will auto renew unless any changes are made by the member. Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at either 6am or 6:30pm. If neither of those times work for you we have other options. Please inquire to info@grapevinecrossfit.com for any questions.
